CANCELLATION POLICY

APPOINTMENTS All services are by appointment only. Please arrive on time to ensure the full quality of your service. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation if it interferes with the schedule. ⸻ CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation notice. We understand that life happens. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service total. • No-shows will be charged 50% of the service total. • Deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward your service. Failure to comply with this policy may result in restricted future booking. ⸻ PERMANENT MAKEUP (PMU) POLICY Permanent makeup services require photo review and/or consultation prior to confirmation. Not all clients are candidates for microblading or PMU services. • Results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. • Touch-ups are not included unless otherwise stated. • Previous PMU work must be disclosed before booking. By booking a PMU service, you acknowledge that you understand the permanent nature of the procedure and agree to all pre- and post-care instructions. ⸻ REFUNDS All sales are final. Due to the nature of beauty services, no refunds are issued under any circumstances. If you have a concern, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. ⸻ HEALTH & SAFETY Clients must disclose all medical conditions, skin conditions, allergies, or medications prior to their appointment. Services may be refused if it is determined unsafe to proceed. ⸻ CHILDREN & GUESTS For safety and comfort reasons, no children or additional guests are permitted unless being serviced. ⸻ AGREEMENT By booking an appointment with Pretti Selfish Beauty, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed above.
